Moshe and Brogan from Metro Drainage were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. They unblocked our drain and gully trap efficiently and took the time to explain how everything works and how we can look after it in the future. What an absolute  pleasure to work with Moshe and Brogan.  They stepped in when we needed work done immediately and completed the job to a standard of excellence. Moshe and Brogan did an amazing job for us at our 1950s home that was desperately in need of repair. Metro Drainage were very efficient, clean and repaired both the stormwater and sewer lines communicating with us all the way through. They were very professional and hard working with attention to detail. The concrete work that they have done is a significant improvement on what we had and I am so pleased with the result and cannot recommend them highly enough. I am so grateful we came across Metro Drainage and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a drainage company. A previous drainlayer advised us the drain was broken and we needed to cut up our fairly new concrete drive, a very costly exercise. Fortunately that company never provided us with a quote so we sought a second opinion. That company advised there was nothing wrong with our drain yet it was not draining away when it rained. We then contacted a third company who advised we should just lay a whole new drain and forget about the existing one. I was left feeling frustrated and unsure what to do when I stumbled across Metro Drainage. How refreshing it was to deal with a company who obviously really care about their customers. Moshe and Brogan listened to our concerns, took the time to investigate properly and as it turned up the drain was blocked full of concrete slurry, they explained everything to us every step of the way. They were such a pleasure to deal with, turned up when they said they would and fixed it all up beautifully. We can finally get in the car without wearing gumboots when it rains. Thanks so much Moshe and Brogan, I would 💯 use Metro Drainage over any other company in the future.
